2. Essential Cookies

Listlio uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage for essential functionality. These are always active and don't require consent:

Authentication Cookies

Used by Supabase to maintain your login session. These are essential — without them, you would need to log in on every page visit.

Theme Preference

Stores your light/dark mode preference in localStorage so the app loads with your chosen theme.

Dismissed Suggestions

Stores IDs of AI task suggestions you've dismissed so they don't reappear.

Cookie Consent Preference

Stores your choice from the cookie banner so we don't ask again on every visit.

3. Analytics Cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are popular, how people navigate, and where to improve. These only run after you accept via the cookie banner; until then, no analytics cookies are set.

Google Analytics

Sets cookies (e.g. _ga) to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. Data is processed by Google in line with the Google Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining the banner again.

Microsoft Clarity

Records anonymised session replays and heatmaps (clicks, scrolls, page interactions) so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text input and sensitive content by default. Its tag is not loaded at all until you accept, and data is processed by Microsoft in line with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. What We Don't Use

  • No third-party advertising or ad-targeting cookies
  • No social media tracking pixels
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind

5. Managing Cookies

You can accept or reject analytics cookies from the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Note that clearing authentication cookies will log you out of Listlio.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new types of cookies, we will update this policy and notify users accordingly.
