Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Listlio, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, brokerage details, property listings, client/lead data, and content you generate through our platform.

We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, and browser type to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Listlio platform
• Process AI-generated content using your property data and settings
• Manage your account, credits, and subscription
• Send service-related communications (account confirmations, security alerts)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience

3. Google Workspace Data

If you connect Google, Listlio receives your Google account email, name, profile image, granted permissions, and only the service data needed for features you choose to use. Calendar access is used to synchronize Listlio tasks and events. Gmail access is limited to sending messages that you compose or approve in Listlio; Listlio does not request permission to read your Gmail mailbox. We store the content and delivery metadata of messages you send through Listlio as CRM activity. Contacts access is used to preview and import contacts you select into your CRM.

Google OAuth tokens are encrypted server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings. Disconnecting revokes Listlio's access, removes stored Google credentials, and clears Calendar links. Emails already sent and contacts already imported become normal Listlio CRM records and remain until you delete them or your account.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies — only you can access your own listings, clients, and settings. API keys are encrypted server-side and never exposed to the browser. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

5. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your property data, brand voice settings, and market knowledge are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to generate content. We do not use your data to train AI models. Generated content belongs to you.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• AI service providers (for content generation, processed per your request)
• Infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, hosting services)
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on our marketing site, but only if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy
• As required by law or to protect our legal rights

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us at support@listlio.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
