By accessing or using Listlio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Listlio, a sole proprietorship owned by Asrin Ilkerli. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listlio is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that helps agents generate listing content, manage leads, and create multi-channel marketing materials. The Service includes AI content generation, CRM features, property management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it. Listlio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

5. Credits & Usage

AI features consume credits based on your subscription plan. Credits reset according to your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify credit costs and limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate misleading property listings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (property photos, descriptions, client data). AI-generated content created through your use of the Service belongs to you. The Listlio platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Listlio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from AI-generated content errors, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
